The welfare of Bandraites and especially the members of the Society has always been paramount to the functioning of the Society.

St Andrew’s School, Pali Market, The Holy Family Hospital and Research Centre and the Marathi Medium Municipal School, near Chimbai are all testimony to the largesse of the Salsette Catholic Cooperative Housing Society who have donated plots of land on which these buildings stand today.

Prudent financial management and investments made by the Salsette Catholic Cooperative Housing Society Ltd has enabled it to fund various projects for its members.  These include the Sahakari Bhandar coupons worth Rs 10,000 annually, medical reimbursements of up to Rs 15,000 per shareholder; in addition, senior citizens who are registered members of the Society can avail a 20% discount on medical tests at Holy Family Hospital.

What’s more, members can enjoy subsidised stay at Golden Toff – Uttan, Samara Hotel – Madh Island, Paradise Village Beach – Goa and Lake View – Lonavala. Not to mention, a 10% discount at Nature’s Basket, Hill Road on display of the ID card.

The D’monte Park Recreation Centre (DPRC) offers user facilities for all members of  The Salsette Catholic Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. who follow the rules, and for guests as well. These users can also avail a 10% discount from Nature’s Basket.

Currently all facilities are operational except for the swimming pool as per the government’s SOP.

We have also opened the restaurant with a new caterer ASK & Associates.
